Since the last year,I have been practising in my imagination, the worst that can possibly happen to me.It is my observation that those people, who do not sensitise themselves to bad possibilities are most likely to crumble under pressure,if such unexpected things do occur in their lives.Hence,I humbly suggest use of our imaginations in this regard. We need to periodically ask ourselves,’If this happens, can I survive this?’
